- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport clients to various destinations
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading heavy luggage or packages as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, punctual, and attentive to passenger needs
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure passenger safety at all times
- Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic conditions and client schedules
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding pick-up times, destinations, and any delays or issues during transit
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in commercial driving or chauffeur services preferred
- Solid customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to lift heavy luggage or packages as required (heavy lifting)
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
