Overview

Responsibilities

- Operate snow plowing equipment and hand tools to transparent commercial sidewalks and entrances
- Perform snow shoveling and ice removal using appropriate tools and techniques
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning during snow events
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries in winter conditions
- Support additional maintenance projects as needed
- Monday-Friday availability - minimum 25 hours/week paid up to maximum of 40

Requirements :

- Prior experience with snow plowing, landscaping, or general maintenance work preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators are advantageous
- Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively in winter weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour in cold environments for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor settings under varying weather conditions

Job Type : Seasonal Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
