Project Manager/Estimator

- Experience in project management
- Experience in millwork industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- A commitment to working with others as a team, sometimes under pressure
- Proficiency in MS office, including Excel, Word and Outlook

Responsibilities will include:

- Estimating and tendering projects
- Ensuring that client expectations are met,



including maintaining relationships with client representatives
- Ensuring project quality, schedule and budget are established and maintained throughout each project
- Leading the project team, including shop fabricators and site installers
- Project administration and management, such as RFI’s, submittals, change order management, progress billings etc.

Compensation and benefits: Wage negotiable based on experience plus a benefits package. The ownership and leadership are proactive in creating growth for employees.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $33.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
