How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? : In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for regional administrative training, quality control of administrative processes, securing funding from various regional funding programs and insurance companies. Liaising with various levels throughout the organization regarding funding, quality and administration. Working on various projects relating to funding and quality. The incumbent will carry out all responsibilities while promoting Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada’s safety and quality practices.

- Conduct administrative training for recent and existing branch staff on administrative responsibilities, funding requirements, paperwork completion, and branch administration SOPs. Review and identify quality gaps and support frontline staff on administrative requirements.
- Review, investigate, and correct rejected invoices from various funding bodies,



including all payers (government, third-party, and private insurance), for resubmission to appropriate funding sources. If rejection results in a credit or write-off, initiate the corresponding submission and approval process.
- Monitor care plans and service appointments to ensure that clinical assessments and technical visits are scheduled appropriately, as per regional funding requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, regional referral sources, and funding sources, including all payers (government, third-party, and private insurance), to acquire any missing data required for account set-up and recurring payments.

- College Certificate or Diploma
- 1 - 2 years of general office experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Proficient in Google (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong data entry skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience dealing with funding authorities and processing necessary funding requirements
- Ability to work independently as well as integrate with all levels of management.
