This isn’t a job.

It’s a chance to bet on yourself.

At Chilliwack Volkswagen, we’re not looking for “employees.”

We’re looking for people with energy. With drive. With that something that doesn’t turn off when things get hard.

The kind of person who wants to win. Who shows up with a good attitude. Who believes effort matters. Who knows they’re capable of more—and refuses to settle.

Maybe you’re 19 and don’t want the “safe” path.

Maybe you’re already working, grinding, posting, learning, hustling—and wondering why no one’s given you a real shot yet.

Maybe you’re tired of being underestimated.

Sales done right builds confidence, communication, discipline, and real income—quick. It teaches you how to talk to people, read situations, manage pressure, and bet on your own work ethic.

When your results are tied to your effort, everything changes.

Your growth becomes real. Your wins are yours. Your future stops feeling small.

We’re building something special and that takes:

- Positive people who don’t quit
- Self-starters who want to learn and improve every day
- Social-savvy, people-smart personalities
- Team players with a competitive edge
- People who hustle—but stay humble

You don’t need experience. You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need a résumé full of titles.

You do need hunger. You do need a good attitude. You do need the mindset that says, _“I’ll figure it out.” and "Let's Go!"_

This isn’t easy. But it is worth it.

If you want a future you can be proud of, a career that grows with you, and a team that believes in effort and ambition—this could be your moment. If you want it - we want it for you.

Ready to prove something—to yourself?
