Sales Associate - Inside Sales (Detailing Leads)

Location : Regina, SK | Type : Full time | Compensation : Hourly + commission opportunity

About the Role

We're hiring a closer. You'll work from your own office calling and texting a steady, essentially unlimited stream of warm leads for auto detailing jobs in Regina. No prospecting, no door-knocking, leads come to you. Your job is to dial, follow up, and book the work.

What We're Looking For

- Strong closer instincts; you know when to push and when to back off

- Organized enough to track dozens of conversations without dropping the ball
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage your own day
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, not a must
- Bilingual is a bonus, not required

- Hourly base pay + commission opportunity (details discussed in interview)
