The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. In this hands-on, autonomous role, you will be the primary point of contact for our vendors and logistic partners to ensure our supply chain keeps flowing smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Supplier Management

- Generate and manage POs within our ERP system
- Follow up with vendors regularly to ensure on-time delivery
- Review and update SKU min/max stocking levels according to sales

Import Logistics

- Coordinate with logistic partners to book ocean, intermodal and over-the-road shipments
- Track shipments and update in our ERP




- Work with our customs broker to ensure all import documentation is filed correctly and clears without delays

Inventory Management

- Oversee inventory reconciliation for our multiple warehouses
- Identify any overstock inventory to the sales team to clear out

What We Are Looking For

- Experience :Minimum 3 years in supply chain operations
- Tech Skills : Experience using ERP systems and Excel
- Attention to Detail :You notice the smallest of details and are a proactive problem solver
- Mindset :A self-driven mentality. As a small team, we need someone who can take ownership of the process, is a fast learner, and can solve problems independently

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
