Position Overview : EXPERIENCE NOT NECESSARY

We are seeking driven and outgoing Sales Representatives to identify and assist homeowners in need of roof replacements due to storm damage. As a Salesman you will generate leads.

Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation : Canvass storm-affected areas, knock doors, and generate leads.

- Requirements :

- Sales experience preferred (door-to-door, construction, or roofing sales a plus).

- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

- Reliable transportation (truck preferred) and a smartphone.

- Ability to climb roofs and conduct inspections.

Compensation :





- $ 30 /hr with the possibility of making more based off of performance.
