Overview

Duties

- Engage with customers at events, retail locations, and promotional activities to generate interest and awareness of our products
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and perks in an engaging manner
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring brand consistency across all events
- Interact with potential customers to answer questions, provide information, and encourage product trials
- Collect feedback from customers to create and modify marketing strategies
- Support sales efforts by promoting special offers and encouraging purchases
- Represent the brand professionally at all times, embodying the company's values and image
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns

Skills

- Previous experience in food service, marketing, or customer service is preferred




- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings
- Experience with product demos and sales techniques is advantageous
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to effectively convey information both verbally and non-verbally
- Public speaking skills that inspire confidence and engagement
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments
