Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Appointment Management:

- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments for services, including hormone evaluations, erectile dysfunction consultations, lab work, and other treatments.

1. Patient Communication:

- Provide clear, concise information to ensure patient understanding and satisfaction.

1. Sales & Marketing Support:

- Engage with current and past patients to inform them of new offers, promotions, and services.
- Drive clinic growth by enhancing patient experiences and promoting additional services.

1. Team Coordination:

- Serve as the primary liaison between patients and clinical staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional care.
- Facilitate communication and workflow to optimize patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.

1. Create a Positive Patient Experience:

- Foster a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and cared for.
- Reflect the clinic’s commitment to quality care in all interactions.

1. Administrative Support:

- Handle general office tasks, including patient record management, billing, data entry, and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Support daily operations to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.

1. Performing venipuncture (blood draws) and administering injections
