Who?

You are a go-getter with a great attitude. You naturally have a pleasing personality and a welcoming attitude. You have basic computer skills and have the aptitude to learn quickly.

The showroom assistant manager is responsible for the customer experience, sales performance, and support as well as the physical appearance of the showroom. You will take direction from the showroom manager, engaging customers and staff members alike and setting the tone of the showroom.

You must know how to ride a bike and enjoy the thrill of riding an electric bike

What?

Sales Performance = 50% of your role.

- Actively work on the sales floor, interacting with customers and employees to achieve the store's sales goals. :

- Will be one of three (3) salespeople in the store. :

- Maintain metrics on customer feedback about our products so that we can quickly improve to introduce/remove/modify our lineup of bikes in-order to increase sales in your region.

Store Merchandising and Operations = 50% of your role.





- Contribute to the company's marketing plan. :

- Participate in the merchandising of the store to ensure a professional, accessible, and inviting shopping experience. :

- Merchandising includes but is not limited to sorting, straightening, fixture arrangement, and feature displays. :

- Monitoring store stock & supplies and ordering/purchasing as needed. :

- Responsible for making sure that orders are correctly entered into LightSpeed backend for accurate inventory tracking :

- Handling escaleted cases :

- Ensuring the team has everything needed to be efficient
