We are hiring a door-to-door Canvasser / Appointment Setter to help drive qualified appointments for our sales team. If you are confident, outgoing, and love being rewarded directly for your results, this is an excellent opportunity.
What you will do
- Knock on doors in assigned neighbourhoods to introduce our services
- Qualify homeowners and book appointments for our sales team
- Track appointments and follow up to confirm attendance
- Represent the brand professionally and provide basic product knowledge
- Hit daily/weekly targets and contribute to a high-performance culture
- Robust communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking door-to-door
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Willing to work afternoons/evenings and some weekends
Compensation This is a commission-based role with pay tied to performance (appointments set and deals closed). Successful canvassers can earn $40,000-$120,000+ per year. We provide training, support, and ongoing coaching.
