This role focuses on supporting daily store activities, driving sales performance, and ensuring a high quality customer experience in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Store Supervision: Oversee daily sales floor operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Team Leadership: Support and guide sales staff to maintain productivity and service standards
- Customer Experience: Ensure a premium customer experience and handle client concerns
- Sales Performance: Assist in achieving sales targets and improving store performance
- Inventory Support: Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking
- Reporting: Support sales tracking and operational reporting

What We Are Looking For :

- Experience: Relevant experience in retail, sales, or supervisory roles
