Suzanne’s in Sherwood Park is looking for a passionate, sales-driven Assistant Store Manager with 2-4 years of fashion retail experience and a natural ability to lead. If you love connecting with customers, coaching a team, and hitting goals together, you’ll fit right in.

About the Role : Suzanne’s has a deep-rooted, loyal clientele (primarily ages 35-60+ ) who value personalized, one-on-one attention and a warm, confident shopping experience.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help lead a team of Fashion Associates and play a key role in driving results, delivering standout service, and supporting day-to-day store operations.

What You’ll Do : Our management team is at the center of everything that happens in-store, including exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, highlighting promotions, and keeping operations running smoothly. As Assistant Store Manager, you will:

- Coach and motivate a team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) through robust leadership and consistent follow-up
- Monitor, track, and support store and individual sales performance
- Support scheduling, payroll planning, and daily operational coverage
- Assist with onboarding, training, performance coaching, and ongoing team development
- Communicate procedural updates and ensure consistent execution across the team
- Lead by example on the sales floor,



delivering exceptional customer service and driving add-on sales
- Prepare reports and sales updates as needed for senior leadership
- Collaborate with Store Manager on merchandising, product flow, and upcoming deliveries
- Support store operations and employee relations through regular communication with Head Office
- Uphold Suzanne’s culture, values, and standards every day

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
