The Role

Registration Support Contractors play a key role in delivering a smooth and positive participant experience on race weekends. Working in coordination with the on-site Registration Lead, this role supports registration setup, participant check-in, and event-day operations in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

This is a short-term, event-based contractor role supporting events across Canada between May and October . Assignments may require travel for up to five consecutive days per event.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with registration area setup and equipment preparation
- Process participant registrations, including pre-registered and walk-up racers
- Provide clear, accurate event-day information to participants
- Support the coordination of registration volunteers during event operations
- Assist with registration teardown and post-event inventory

What We’re Looking For

- Customer service or event experience is an asset
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and event conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in busy environments
- Transparent, professional communication skills
- Ability to remain active and on your feet for extended periods




- Availability to travel for multi-day event assignments (up to five days)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compensation and Schedule

- Flat daily contract rate of $250 per day :

- Daily rate applies to event setup days and live event days :

- Paid per day, not hourly; overtime does not apply

- Typical event days range from 10-15 hours :

- Paid breaks are provided

Travel, Accommodations, and Meals

- Travel is required for event assignments

- Accommodations are provided and paid for by the company when travel is required

- Transportation and lodging are arranged by the company

- A per diem is provided on travel days to cover meals

- While working on-site, all meals, snacks, and beverages are provided :

- Approved work-related expenses are eligible for reimbursement in accordance with company policy

Employment Classification

This role is engaged as an independent contractor for short-term, event-based assignments and is compensated by a flat daily rate. There is no guarantee of ongoing work beyond scheduled event assignments.
