Support Gordon Food Service customers in Amherst, Nova Scotia, using communication, order processing, and issue resolution skills. This is a full time position.

As a Generalist, Customer Care, you will handle day to day inquiries through phone, email, SMS, and chat. You will support orders, deliveries, credits, and e-commerce technologies while assisting District Sales Representatives. The position requires accurate, effective service and adaptable problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer service across phone, email, SMS, and chat
- Process orders and resolve customer issues accurately
- Arrange exception deliveries with transportation and delivery providers
- Process appropriate customer credits and invoice inquiries
- Support Recalls Communication Management as needed

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and one year experience
- Inside sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Ability to perform 10-key data entry
