LIMA Peruvian Kitchen is the first Peruvian restaurant in Atlantic Canada. Our mission is to introduce guests to the flavours, culture, and hospitality of Peru through world-class cuisine and warm, attentive service. Many of our guests will be experiencing Peruvian food for the first time, so education, storytelling, and hospitality are at the heart of what we do.

About the Role

We are hiring Server / Bartender team members to join our opening crew. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy guest interaction, multitasking, and delivering exceptional service on both the floor and behind the bar.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure allservice and bar mise en place is completed before service
- Set up and restock bar and service stations to be fully prepared for each shift
- Guide guests through the menu and explain ingredients and flavours
- Maintain clean and organized tables, service stations, and bar areas
- Verify legal drinking age in accordance with NB regulations




- Process payments accurately
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Follow food safety, liquor, and workplace safety standards

Qualifications

- Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of classic cocktails is an asset
- Responsible Beverage certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Legal right to work in Canada
