Summary

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Rental Coordinator to be the welcoming voice of our company and the backbone of our Hamilton rental operations.

You will be the voice of EDGE1, the initial point of contact for our valued customers. This is a energetic role for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities :

- Determine customer needs, provide quotes, and process rental agreements with precision.
- Coordinate the scheduling, delivery,



and pickup of rental equipment with our logistics and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track the status of equipment to ensure availability.
- Address customer questions and resolve issues with a positive, professional attitude.

What you'll bring :

- Prior experience in the equipment rental, logistics, or customer service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in business systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A "can-do" attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in rental software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is beneficial.

To apply : Pay: $50,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
