S’wich Café is a beloved counter-service sandwich shop in North Vancouver, proudly serving our community for over 12 years. We’re known for our creative gourmet sandwiches, quality coffee, and a friendly community vibe. We have an energetic but professional atmosphere, and now we’re looking to expand our team with people who share our passion for outstanding food and customer service!

Positions Available

We’re hiring for multiple roles across our café line - both in the kitchen and front-of-house:

- Sandwich Maker (Kitchen-Focused) - In this role, you’ll assemble our signature sandwiches and prep fresh ingredients in our open kitchen. You take pride in crafting delicious, high-quality food that keeps guests coming back, all while keeping your station clean and organized.
- Barista & Customer Service (Front-of-House) - As the friendly face at the counter, you’ll prepare espresso drinks and coffee, take orders, handle the till, and engage with customers. You’ll ensure every guest feels welcome and well taken care of in our café.
- All staff work in full view of customers, so every role is customer-facing and collaborative._If you love working as a team and thrive in a busy environment, this is the place for you!

What We’re Looking For

- Open Availability - You can work flexible hours (morning and midday shifts, weekdays and weekends as needed).
- Comfort in a Rapid-Paced, Visible Environment - You thrive during the busy rush and are confident working in a customer-facing setting (our kitchen and coffee bar are open to the café).
- Professional & Presentable Appearance - You maintain a neat, well-groomed look.



(All team members are in front of customers, so a great impression is a must.)
- Team Player Energy - You’re positive, energetic, and work well with others. We need people who collaborate and support their teammates.
- Passion for Food & Service - You genuinely love good food, coffee, and connecting with people. A big smile and a customer-first attitude are part of who you are.
- Experience Is a Plus, Not Required - Previous café, barista, or food service experience is a strong asset, but not mandatory. We’re happy to train the right person who shows enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 35 per week
