Weins Auto Group seeks a permanent full time CEC Service Consultant for its Customer Experience Centre. You will handle incoming inquiries, schedule appointments, and communicate through telephone, email, and text messages. The position supports Thornhill Toyota’s Service Team and requires exceptional communication skills. Customer service experience is considered an asset. This customer-focused work includes responding to customer concerns and requests received through the Dealer Voice System. Compensation is hourly with potential bonuses, ranging from $44,000 to $50,000.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer appointment inquiries by telephone and email




- Schedule service appointments electronically for Assistant Service Managers
- Distribute appointment work evenly unless management directs otherwise
- Generate daily appointment lists and follow up on no-shows
- Respond to Dealer Voice System customer concerns and requests

Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills
