The Lethbridge Soccer Association and the Servus Sports Centre is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the concession and lounge, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while managing daily operations. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and optimize service efficiency.

- Manage all concession and lounge operations during games, tournaments and events.

- Recruit, train and schedule concession and lounge staff

- Monitor inventory levels and order food, beverages and supplies as needed.

- Ensure food preparation, service and cleanliness meet health and safety standards.

- Oversee cash handling, POS systems and daily sales reconciliation (or as needed)

- Maintain compliance with AGLC liquor regulations and facility policies.

- Coordinate with facility management to support games, tournaments and events.

- Ability to work evenings, weekend and tournament schedules.





- Previous food service, concession or hospitality experience is preferred

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to develop, implement and evaluate food and beverage promotions

- Experience with inventory management an asset and ProServe certification required
