Established in 2014, Hide n Seek Indoor Playground & Café is Edmonton based company that consists over 10,000 square feet of play area. We operate by high standard in safety and cleanliness.
We are seeking individuals who loves working along and able to engage with children, enjoys fast pace challenges, has strong orientation to details and organize skill and is a good team player.
Qualification : Must have reliable vehicle for commuting (no public transportation on Weekends evening)
Must be able and willing to work Weekends and holidays Evening (2pm-9pm) Shifts
Must have at least 2 years of in-person customer service experience
Working experience around children / parents is an asset
Staff supervision experience is an asset
Responsibilities :
- Provide customer service to customers.
- Work at cash registry and handle cash / debit transaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Clean front lobby, desk, washroom and other areas as needed
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate issues to appropriate personnel.
