Job Summary

Duties

- Engage in both inside and outside sales efforts to identify and attract new clients for various insurance products.
- Conduct retail sales consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Analyze client information to customize insurance plans that meet their specific requirements.
- Maintain thorough sales records and manage sales administration tasks efficiently.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand the client base.
- Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service delivery.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is highly desirable.
- General Insurance Level 1 is required for this role. Having a General Level 2 and/or life insurance license is an asset
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively negotiate and present information clearly.




- Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly.
- Experience with telemarketing, marketing, and sales administration is beneficial.
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and robust interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior knowledge of the insurance industry or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. This position offers an engaging work environment where your sales expertise can make a meaningful impact while helping clients protect their assets and plan for the future.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: $37,865.40-$67,500.05 per year
