Overview

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate cashiering and food handling
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by following proper handling procedures
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including assembling snacks or light menu items
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality
- Follow all food safety regulations and health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff

Experience

- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous




- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately
- Experience with food handling, food safety practices, and serving in a fast-paced environment is desirable
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
- Time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently
