Overview

Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage reservations using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Answer phone inquiries professionally and assist with reservations or questions
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and waiting area
- Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with seating arrangements during busy periods and special events
- Support team members in delivering excellent customer service throughout the guest’s visit

Requirements :

- Previous experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality is a plus; restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable




- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Basic knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality training is a plus

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.60-$18.70 per hour
