Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Assist customers with selecting products that meet their needs, upselling when appropriate
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization
- Must have experience in Managing Social Media Account and making Social Media content for Deals and Discounts
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and ready for transactions

Experience

- Must have experience in retail sales or customer service
- Familiarity with technology sales or product demos is a plus
- Bilingual skills (English, Punjabi, Hindi) are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases




- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, or cash handling is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, time management, and organizational abilities are essential
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
- Must have experience in Managing Social Media Account and making Social Media content for Deals and Discounts, Making Social Media Vidoes
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail sales techniques will be beneficial
