Duties

- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food service team members, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations
- Manage food inventory, ordering supplies as needed to ensure consistent availability of ingredients
- Develop new menu items and improve existing recipes to enhance customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor team members in cooking techniques, food safety, and hospitality best practices
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times
- Collaborate with restaurant management on operational improvements and customer service initiatives
- Serve as a leader in fostering a positive team environment focused on quality, efficiency, and professionalism

Requirements :

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management with a robust background in the food industry




- Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership skills in fast-paced culinary settings
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence
- Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
- Experience with menu development, food presentation, and serving techniques
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred; familiarity with the restaurant environment is essential
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and service delivery
- Passion for culinary arts combined with leadership qualities to inspire a professional kitchen team

Pay: $15.16-$23.06 per hour
