Construction After Service Care - New Home Construction

Kingston - Amherstview - Odessa - Brockville ON

Duties to include, but not limited to:

- attending PDIs,
- managing incoming requests for and working with our new homeowners to provide “after sales service” repairs and/or schedule the coordination of appropriate trades for the repairs,
- you will be able to provide skills & manual labour for a variety of tasks at our residential home construction sites,
- knowledge of construction Health & Safety programs and Ministry of Labour requirements, as well as familiarity with the Tarion warranty program including PDI inspections are preferred.

Working hours for this salaried full-time 40 hour per week position are Monday through Friday 7am - 4pm with some flexibility available.
