We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work at our Mississauga GTA Service Centre between May 4th and September 7, 2026. As an LCBO Customer Service Representative, you'll have a chance to inspire others, reach your full potential and share your knowledge with our customers. Learn more about wine, beer, ciders and spirits than you ever imagined as you get paid for online training, including product knowledge essentials. As a Customer Service Representative, you will: - Load and unload cases of beer, wine, spirits and cider that weigh between 25 lbs (18 kg) and 50 lbs (27 kg)- Pick and pack single bottles and full cases- Order assembly, palletize cases and ship products- Wear Canadian Safety Association (CSA) approved safety footwear as required- Gain knowledge of operations in automated warehouse workplace. Previous machinery experience (Forklift, Pallet jack) is preferred, but not mandatory- Perform repetitive heavy lifting using safe lifting techniques- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork- Basic knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act- Maintaining facility cleanliness About You:
