Tesla Motors is looking for a Service Assistant to work on one of the most progressive vehicles in the world. We are seeking professional customer service experience and excellent oral and written communication skills. If you are interested in contributing to an amazing customer experience, we want you to join our service team. We are looking for self-motivated team players with a positive attitude! We seek individuals who value customer satisfaction. The Service Assistant is a key contributor in the Tesla experience.

What You'll Do

- Nettoyer les véhicules de service, de prêt et de galerie
- Nettoyer l'extérieur et l'intérieur des véhicules conformément aux normes de l'entreprise
- Capacité à effectuer des vérifications ponctuelles et à gérer la correction de la peinture sur place, au besoin
- Suivre les calendriers, établir des priorités et gérer efficacement son temps pour respecter les délais
- Communiquer avec les diverses équipes qui participent au processus d'orientation des véhicules Gérer les stocks et commander des fournitures, si nécessaire
- Vehicle cleaning (wash and minor detailing)
- Deliver vehicles between production, service and sales operations




- Parts runner - expedite parts requirements as directed from Parts Operations
- Clean shop and Parts Operations
- Truck & Trailer service and maintenance
- Other duties as assigned to meet business needs

What You'll Bring

- Expérience confirmée d'une excellente éthique de travail
- Capacité à soulever de 50 à 60 livres
- Permis de conduire de classe 5 ou G au Canada et capacité à être assuré
- Outstanding work ethic & team player
- Ability to lift 50 - 60 pounds
- Valid driver's license required
