Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchase needs
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling duties with precision and accountability
- Provide product demos and information to encourage sales and upselling
- Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure product displays are tidy
- Assist customers with inquiries, returns, or exchanges using excellent phone etiquette
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times
- Support merchandising efforts by restocking shelves and organizing displays as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements :

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering,



or customer service preferred
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Ability to perform product demos and engage customers through upselling techniques
- Knowledge of merchandising practices is advantageous

Pay: $34.00-$38.84 per hour
