Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks following company standards.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing customer orders and payments.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and give correct change while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks as needed.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food items.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively through strong time management skills in a busy environment.
- Support team members during peak hours by serving customers promptly and efficiently.

Requirements :





- Previous experience as a barista with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques preferred.
- Cashiering experience with proficiency in POS systems, especially Micros POS.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers.
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Food industry experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic understanding of food preparation, serving, and food safety regulations is preferred. This role offers an engaging work environment where team members are valued for their dedication to quality service and operational excellence.

Pay: $34.00-$39.47 per hour
