Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Handle food preparation tasks including assembling food items and maintaining food safety standards
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
- Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Assist with stocking supplies and inventory management as needed

Skills

- Previous Barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred

- Proficiency with POS systems ,



especially Micros POS :

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours

- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations

- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures

- Ability to perform serving , food preparation , and light cleaning duties

- Effective communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members
