- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to company standards.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Handle food preparation tasks while adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure timely service during busy hours by managing time efficiently.
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a Barista or in food service is preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately.
- Experience with food preparation, serving, and food safety standards.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
