Overview

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their shopping experience
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain knowledge of products to assist with customer inquiries and upselling opportunities
- Conduct product demos when applicable to enhance customer engagement
- Restock merchandise and ensure the sales area is organized and appealing
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times
- Uphold store policies on phone etiquette, merchandising standards, and customer service protocols
- Assist with inventory management and basic merchandising tasks as needed

Skills

- Strong communication skills,



including the ability to engage customers in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math for cash handling
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform product demos and technical sales when required
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Valuable phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally
- Upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
- Knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, and basic cashiering procedures

Pay: $37.20-$46.04 per hour
