Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
- Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with basic merchandising tasks to keep the store visually appealing
- Manage phone inquiries courteously following proper phone etiquette
- Support sales goals through effective communication and customer engagement
- Ensure timely completion of transactions while maintaining a friendly demeanor

Requirements :

- Proven experience in cashiering, retail sales, or customer service preferred
- Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities such as Spanish are advantageous




- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology tools
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform product demos and engage customers effectively in upselling techniques
- Demonstrated professionalism with good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual skills are considered a valuable asset for serving diverse customer bases

Pay: $33.70-$37.54 per hour
