Beattie Pet Hospital of Burlington is looking to hire a permanent full-time receptionist that will fit in with our busy practice and be willing to greet our clients and patients in a professional and courteous manner.

We are an AAHA-accredited facility and strive to provide excellent pet care, customer service, and a happy working setting for our employees. We believe in a work/life balance, above average wages, and team work. All positions include varying shifts from 7am to 9:30pm for our Burlington clinic, which will also include rotating weekends. We provide state-of-the-art facilities, paperless medical records, digital radiography, laser surgery, and a full in-house Idexx lab system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Possession of strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record
- Ability to multi-task

JOB SUMMARY:





- Greet clients and patients in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
- Collect client fees, post and record payments, make change, process credit card transactions and run end of day transactions
- Answering telephone inquiries and booking appointments
- Open and closing of the clinic, including routine day to day paperwork and transactions.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, starting at 30 hours per week

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
