Crown Auto Glass is a growing automotive glass company serving Burnaby and the Greater Vancouver area with windshield replacements, rock chip repairs, door glass replacements, ADAS recalibrations, and emergency auto glass services. We are currently looking for a reliable and organized Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our Burnaby team.

Position Summary

Experience in the auto glass industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and dispatch jobs efficiently
- Assist customers with ICBC and insurance-related claims
- Provide updates to customers regarding appointments and service timelines
- Coordinate with technicians and management throughout the day
- Prepare invoices, work orders, and customer documentation
- Follow up with customers as needed
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk environment




- Assist with general administrative and office duties

Qualifications

- Auto glass industry experience strongly preferred :

- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Reliable, punctual, and professional

Schedule

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
