DuctDudes has been Greater Vancouver's trusted air system cleaning company since 2009. We are a NADCA-certified company (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) providing premium air system hygiene using the most powerful equipment in the industry -- like our giant vacuum "Big Suck" and our compressor, "Mr. Blast."

We run three trucks across Greater Vancouver and the Sea to Sky corridor, and we need a fourth operator.

This is not a punch-the-clock job. You get a fully equipped company truck that you take home every night. No commute to a warehouse. No shop to report to. You drive from your driveway to your first client, deliver exceptional service, and your income is directly tied to the value you provide.

We don't just clean vents. We provide total air system hygiene with Integrity, Communication, and Professionalism. Our reputation doesn't happen by accident -- it happens because our crew genuinely cares about the work and the people we serve.

Why the Squad is Different

Real Earning Potential: Stop trading hours for dollars. Once trained, you earn a percentage of the revenue from your truck. Our technicians earn between $36-$52+ per hour ($72,000-$100,000+ per year based on 40 hours/week, 48 weeks/year). Your effort determines your income. There is no cap on your earnings.

Great Tips on Top: Our clients appreciate quality work. Tips are paid quarterly and add an estimated $5,000-$10,000+ to your annual earnings depending on performance.

No Commute, No Gas Costs: You take your fully equipped company truck home every night. Start and end your day at your own driveway. Fuel card provided -- gas is on us.

Flexible Full time: We need 40+ hours per week, but we work with you to set a consistent 5-day schedule that respects your life.



Hours fluctuate daily based on job volume and travel -- that is the nature of home service work.

What Your Day Looks Like

- Check your schedule on the DuctDudes app (your day varies -
- sometimes 2-3 smaller residential jobs at different locations, sometimes one larger residential or commercial job at a single location)
- Drive your DuctDudes truck from home to the first client
- Greet the homeowner or business contact, walk them through the process, answer their questions
- Set up equipment, clean their air duct system, furnace, dryer vent, or other HVAC components
- Show them satisfying before-and-after photos of the work
- Identify value-added services that genuinely benefit the client
- Collect payment and move to the next job
- End of day: clean and restock the truck, account for your tools, and drive home

Every home is different. Every client is different. The work changes constantly -- different buildings, different systems, different people. If you get bored doing the same thing every day, this role is the opposite of that.
