WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR : We are looking for someone who has been in the Door to Door sales industry for 1-3+ years.
This person has likely been in the: Solar, Pest, Alarms, HVAC, or other Door to Door sales industries, and is looking to be a leader, train, and manage our door to door sales team.
Our sales process for our home improvement company which does Window Installation, Siding Installation, and Roofing is a SETTER CLOSER model, and so having a great leader and manager for our setters is paramount.
A great manager has already been in the industry, can run trainings and be on the doors leading and inspiring the team.

We want you to have uncapped growth with our already successful sales team.
Pay: $9,000.00-$24,000.00 per month
