Food & Beverage Manager will work with the Executive Chef to ensure that all needs in the department are met. This position manages, supervises, and leads the staff with the department, oversees operations, and ensures customers have been taken care of according to South Beach Casino & Resort standards. Additionally, the Manager will be required to serve guests and patrons for ultimate and overall customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements
A minimum of three (3) years of management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required. Ideally, have prior Manager/Supervisory experience in a restaurant, lounge and concession. Preferably you have experience with Squirrel, Microsoft Office programs and time and attendance management systems. Attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to lead a team are essential.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
