You will link current staff, with appropriate clinic resources and facilitate orientation to the clinic, ensuring they become familiar with the clinic’s procedures/processes. You will coordinate and/or assign, in collaboration with clinical supervisors/preceptors, an appropriate CAMH staff to assist students of all disciplines, educating them on team procedures, and to assist with client/patient care issues.



The Team Lead will collaborate with the manager regarding staff participation in off-unit meetings/ training, educational events such as Nursing Practice Council, Education Rounds, you will ensure that the monthly admission/discharge reports are accurate and follow appropriate clinic procedures, transfer of care report and other relevant reports, as required. The Team Lead will serve as the first point of clinical support, guiding the team with any questions or concerns, while keeping the Manager and APCL informed and involved. You will support a healthy workplace that embraces diversity encourages teamwork and complies with all applicable standards and requirements and contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of best-practices, all of which advance excellence in nursing and client/patient care. This position is located at 250 College Street on the 7th Floor and will be a regular day shift.
