About the Role:

The Driver FT Incentive position is a full-time driving role based in Canada, focused on the safe and timely transportation of goods or passengers to designated locations. The primary objective is to ensure effective route management while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies,



thereby maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. This role requires consistent communication with dispatch and management to report on delivery status and any issues encountered during transit. The driver will also be responsible for the proper handling and care of the vehicle, including routine inspections and maintenance reporting. Ultimately, this position contributes to the overall operational success by delivering reliable service and supporting company growth through incentive-based performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Valid Canadian driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class being operated.
- Clean driving record with no recent violations or accidents.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by company policy.
- Physical capability to perform driving duties, including loading and unloading when necessary.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to complete logs and communicate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous professional driving experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning software.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and minor repair procedures.
- Customer service experience to enhance interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Certification in defensive driving or other relevant safety training programs.

Responsibilities:
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods or passengers to assigned destinations within scheduled timeframes.
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays encountered during routes.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to provide updates and resolve any delivery or service issues.
