Overview We are a family-owned small business looking for a dependable, customer-focused, and adaptable Multi-Role Team Member to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and can confidently support both front-end customer service and back-end warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product questions and orders
- Enter and process customer orders accurately using the computer system
- Pick, pack, and prepare products from the warehouse/stockroom with attention to detail
- Help customers load their vehicles or coordinate delivery to job sites
- Operate a company vehicle safely to deliver products in a timely manner
- Support additional tasks such as inventory, merchandising, and general operations as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow all workplace safety procedures while handling products, using equipment, and driving

Requirements :

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills





- Basic computer skills and comfort working with order/inventory systems

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and procedures

- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure

- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs independently

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision

- Valid Class G driver’s licence with a clean driving record

- Previous experience in customer service, warehouse work, or delivery driving is an asset (but not required)

- Willingness to take on multiple responsibilities in a small business environment

- Working Conditions

- Physical work including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying throughout the day
- Delivery driving may include lifting and moving larger packages at customer locations

Job Types : Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
