Role Overview

We are hiring a Warehouse & Customer Service Associate to join our team full-time in Winnipeg. This hands-on role combines warehouse work with customer support tasks, offering variety throughout the day and steady, predictable hours.

You’ll work in a small, organized workplace where teamwork matters and training is provided. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with customers, and building a long-term career with a growing company.

Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday (day shift), on-site in Winnipeg

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Prepare quotations and process orders




- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and other internal systems
- Assist with general warehouse operations as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform physical tasks
- Clear, qualified communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Preferred: Warehouse, inventory, or order fulfillment experience

Pay: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
