Job Summary The Warehouse & Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order processing, and inventory management. This role ensures smooth coordination between customers, carriers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow and accurate logistics operations.

Key duties include managing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating transportation and scheduling, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency. The position also requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The role may involve using warehouse management systems, with familiarity in tools such as Extensiv considered an asset. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational accuracy, timely delivery, and overall warehouse performance.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy in documentation and workflow coordination
- Create, process, and manage customer and internal orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate effectively with customers,



carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate warehouse activities and support operational efficiency
- Manage logistics and transportation scheduling, including carrier coordination
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through regular tracking and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines

- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
- Proficiency or willingness to learn warehouse and operational software systems

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
