Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory operations onsite in Edmonton while using reach trucks and maintaining accurate warehouse records.

This contract Shipping & Inventory Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations from November 23, 2026, through November 30, 2027. You will fulfill orders, manage inventory, track shipments, and organize warehouse stock. The work requires physical capability, administrative accuracy, and strong safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick, pack, and ship orders within established service timelines
- Receive deliveries and verify quantities against documentation
- Operate reach trucks and material-handling equipment safely
- Perform cycle counts, reconciliation, replenishment, and FIFO rotation




- Update shipping and serialized-material databases accurately

Requirements:
- Hands-on reach truck and material-handling experience
- Shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and warehouse operations experience
- Knowledge of inventory control and reconciliation
- Ability to lift 35-pound boxes repeatedly
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence in valuable standing
