Job Overview We are seeking a energetic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire supply chain process within the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and seamless coordination with transportation and procurement teams. Your leadership will drive process improvements, uphold safety standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Duties

- Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure operational excellence.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage transportation planning and logistics coordination.
- Utilize platforms for inventory management, demand planning, production and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate inventory control through regular audits, cycle counts, and system updates to support optimal warehouse distribution.
- Monitor budget adherence, analyze profit & loss statements related to warehouse operations, and implement strategies for cost savings.




- Coordinate shipping & receiving activities ensuring timely dispatching of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Skills

- Proven experience in warehouse management.
- Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, demand planning, and logistics coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in shipping & receiving processes.
- Comfort using computer programs like QuickBooks Online, Google Calendar and other apps.
- Ability to use a forklift
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes/objects
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and stakeholders across the supply chain spectrum.

Full time Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (some Saturday work when required)

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
