- Support business areas in developing multi-year business plans aligned to corporate objectives.
- Challenge assumptions, ask thoughtful questions, and provide evidence-based recommendations that influence key decisions.
- Help leaders navigate ambiguity, evaluate options, and identify the path forward.
Facilitate High-Impact Workshops
- Design and lead engaging workshops for executives and leadership teams focused on strategy, alignment, innovation, and problem solving.
- Use strategic planning tools and methodologies such as SWOT analysis, gap analysis, scenario planning, environmental scans, and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate meaningful discussions, build consensus, and guide teams toward practical solutions.
- Transform workshop outcomes into actionable strategies and implementation plans.
Lead Strategic Analysis and Performance Monitoring

We're looking for someone who:
- Thinks critically and brings strong strategic problem-solving skills.
- Is comfortable working through ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.
- Influences without authority and builds credibility with senior leaders.
- Acts as a strategic advisor rather than simply responding to requests.
