Director, Brand Marketing & Strategic Partnerships

who understands the industry, knows the people who shape it, and can help position BoomerangFX as a leading technology partner for practices across North America.

The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity for a

well-connected, influential marketing and industry leader

who has deep relationships within the

aesthetics, medical aesthetics, healthcare, or practice-management ecosystem

and understands the power of SaaS technology.

We’re looking for someone who can bring more than traditional marketing expertise.

You should have an established network and a strong understanding of the people, organizations, associations, events, thought leaders, practitioners, and influencers that drive the aesthetics and healthcare markets.

You will be responsible for leveraging that knowledge and network to elevate the BoomerangFX brand, develop strategic partnerships, create industry visibility, and open doors to new opportunities.

industry influence, brand, partnerships, SaaS, and business growth.

What You’ll Do Build BoomerangFX’s Industry Presence

Develop and execute a brand strategy that strengthens BoomerangFX’s position within the aesthetics and healthcare technology markets.





Leverage your existing industry relationships and credibility to increase BoomerangFX’s visibility and reach.

Identify key industry leaders, influencers, practitioners, associations, organizations, and communities that can help expand our presence.

Develop initiatives that position BoomerangFX as a trusted technology partner within the industry.

Represent BoomerangFX at major industry events, conferences, networking opportunities, and executive forums.

Identify opportunities for speaking engagements, panels, podcasts, media appearances, and thought leadership.

Strategic Partnerships

Build and manage high-value relationships with industry leaders, associations, technology providers, manufacturers, educators, consultants, and other strategic organizations.

Identify partnership opportunities that can create meaningful brand exposure, customer acquisition, and business growth.

Develop co-marketing, referral, sponsorship, education, event, and strategic partnership programs.

Leverage your industry network to create introductions and opportunities for BoomerangFX.

Develop long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and become a trusted representative of the BoomerangFX brand.

SaaS & Go-to-Market





Translate your understanding of the healthcare and aesthetics market into SaaS marketing and growth strategies.

Work closely with Sales and Executive Leadership to identify market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Help shape messaging that resonates with practice owners, operators, executives, and healthcare professionals.

Understand the SaaS buying journey and how technology decisions are made within growing practices.

Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to bring customer insights and market feedback back into the business.

Identify current market segments, trends, and opportunities for expansion.

Events & Industry Engagement

Develop BoomerangFX’s presence at key aesthetics and healthcare conferences and events.

Identify the events, organizations, and communities where our target customers and industry leaders are most active.

Create compelling experiences and activations that generate conversations and strengthen relationships.

Build relationships with event organizers, speakers, educators, influencers, and industry leaders.

Partner with Sales to turn events and industry relationships into meaningful business opportunities.

Thought Leadership & Influence

Establish BoomerangFX executives and subject-matter experts as credible voices within the industry.

Develop thought-leadership initiatives around practice growth, technology, automation, operational efficiency, and the future of healthcare and aesthetics.

Identify opportunities for podcasts, webinars, panels, speaking engagements, publications, and industry media.
